Home away from home

We are so fortunate to have wonderful friends in Dublin who have opened up their home to us and offered a comfort that we do not take for granted.

Preparing the chicken

We know we will not have the luxury of a soft couch, home cooked meals, and friendly conversation with friends for a while…We are soaking it up. We were able to go to our local church today that we attended while we lived in Dublin and saw some familiar faces and remembered the friendly culture we love so much.

Jet lag finally caught up with me today and I enjoyed a nap on the couch. Ahhh, Sunday naps…
