The Countdown Begins

September 1, 2009 Leave a comment Go to comments

Well the countdown has begun. We currently have 18 days until we leave the comfort of our own “home” in Nashville, TN for the comfort of “home” in Tampa FL. From there the next year will be a day by day of unknowns. Kind of like it is today, but different.

This blog, still a work in progress, will give you an idea of our journey. We plan to update it quite regularly – although not sure how interesting it will be as neither one of us are accomplished writers. What it will be is real, full of our own experiences and stories of travel through the world. With the snap of the occasional “keeper” photo – we hope to paint a picture of …..love, adventure, service and life as it is around the globe.

My email will change to MWalter17@gmail.com – when you quit your job they not only stop paying you but they take your email address as well. Sigh. Amy will keep her email as Amyroo11@gmail.com – social workers don’t get work emails.

“I’m found in the arms of love, for Your love it has saved my soul “

 Peace!
